Teala is a Contracts Coordinator at Private Energy Partners, supporting commercial contract administration across large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects. She focuses on managing contractual risk, commercial correspondence, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to informed commercial decision-making during construction and commissioning phases.

• Teala supports the Supernode Project through administration of contract variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and claims assessments, reviewing contractor submissions and providing structured commercial analysis to support risk mitigation and cost control.
• She prepares formal commercial correspondence, coordinates legal review of contractual matters, and works closely with project, finance, and engineering teams to ensure contractual compliance, maintain commercial integrity, and support timely resolution of issues.
• Brings over a decade of progressive commercial leadership across energy, utilities, manufacturing, and government sectors, including contract and procurement leadership roles in the energy and utilities sectors.
• Has led high-value, complex service and infrastructure contracts across full lifecycle delivery, from sourcing strategy and tender execution to governance reform, performance management, and executive reporting.
• Recognised for driving procurement transformation initiatives, aligning frameworks with regulatory standards, improving commercial risk management, and delivering sustainable cost efficiencies across multi-site operations.
