• Former Head of Finance at Velox Power (latterly Flexitricity) and built the Finance team up from scratch to managing a portfolio with revenues of circa £85million with over 50+ group assets

• Involved with Finance function of circa 25 gas peaking entities over the past 4 years by assisting the board from a compliance, tax and VAT aspect

• Vast experience across all businesses from his experience in running accountancy practices across numerous entities for the past 25 years serving 700+ clients from a wide variety of industries

• Holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Accounting from University of Wales
