Rob invests in mineral projects to create sovereign supply chains for the materials critical to the energy transition. He also delivers projects which provide grid stability as the transition gathers pace.
- Rob is responsible for delivery of our mineral investment program globally, from opportunity identification through transaction negotiation and execution to portfolio management, also serving as a nominee director on investee company boards.
- He also manages all central Queensland projects, including Queensland’s largest dispatchable power project and Queensland’s largest low emissions iron project.
- Rob has 30 years experience in the minerals industry in roles ranging from underground miner, through line management and financial management to numerous board roles.
- Notably, Rob was a co-founder and CEO of an Australian based exploration company, which he took to listing at a value of $250m and which later rose to a billion dollar market capitalisation under his oversight as a board member.
- Rob holds Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering with first class honours and a University Medal.
