Richard is a Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager with global experience delivering complex energy infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, from large gas turbine plants to advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). He combines technical expertise

in power plant engineering, grid compliance, and commissioning with software development capabilities to support efficient and data-driven project execution.

• Serves as Senior Project Engineer, supporting engineering, construction, and commissioning management across energy infrastructure projects. • Held senior roles at Siemens AG, including Commissioning Manager for large gas turbine and combined cycle power plants and Head of Construction Tender Management, overseeing EPC bid development and multinational project teams.
• Led technical development activities at SK Ecoplant, contributing to energy project design and delivery.
• He is experienced in grid connection compliance, Generator Performance Standards (GPS), high-voltage commissioning, and technical procurement, alongside developing Python-based tools for BESS simulation and engineering analysis. • Richard holds Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur (Industrial Engineering – Electrical Power Engineering), RWTH Aachen University and Master of International Business, University of the Sunshine Coast.
