Lynton is a Civil Engineer with experience in bulk earthworks, concrete structures, drainage, and project management. He supports the energy transition by delivering high-quality civil works onsite, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Coordinates activities between suppliers and contractors to maintain construction progress and alignment.
• Reviews and oversees civil site works, ensuring quality standards are achieved across all phases of construction.
• Project Engineer on tailings dam rectification works at BMA and sediment dam structures at Moranbah North, delivering complex earthworks and water management infrastructure.
• Design Engineer for mine rehabilitation and civil remediation projects, including Burton Mine, with experience in dam design, drainage, and environmental control systems for mining operations.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours); 12D Modelling; Supervisor and risk management competencies; Member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust); RPEQ for civil and geotechnical engineer.
