Jared brings over a decade of experience in engineering, asset management, and maintenance strategy implementation for complex industrial facilities to his role as operations and asset manager at the Supernode facility. His background combines deep technical engineering and operational knowledge with strategic leadership, demonstrated through a career progression from specialised engineering roles to regional management.
- He has a proven track record of leading operational teams and overseeing critical maintenance programs for major energy and resources clients throughout the Asia-Pacific. His technical achievements include developing and implementing robust strategies that enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure long-term asset reliability.
- As Operations and Asset Manager, Jared is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring the performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance of the Supernode BESS facility. He is tasked with implementing best-practice programs for asset management and maintenance to maximise the long-term value and operational uptime of the facility across its design life.
- Jared serves as the Operations and Asset Manager at Supernode, leveraging a proven track record in asset management across diverse sectors, including mining and metals, oil and gas, pulp and paper, water, and food and beverage.
- Prior to joining Supernode, Jared served as the Maintenance Consultancy Manager for Wood PLC across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, he led a regional team that was focused on delivering operational readiness, reliability, and maintenance outcomes for complex facilities across a range of industry sectors.
- Jared holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland and is a member of the Asset Management Council.
