Emily is the in-house property solicitor at Private Energy Partners supporting the development and management of energy infrastructure projects. Emily specialises in structuring and securing complex land rights and property arrangements that enable the successful delivery of energy transition assets.

• Emily leads on option agreements, leases, easements, freehold transfers and complex title matters across energy infrastructure projects.
• Emily advises on property aspects of financing, manages the existing property portfolio, and supports commercial matters including non disclosure agreements and supplier terms.
• Emily joined Private Energy Partners in January 2024 having worked in private practice at Blake Morgan LLP advising both private and public sector clients on: residential development projects; landlord and tenant transactions (retail, office and residential); freehold purchases and sales; complex title matters and deal structuring; and property finance.
• Qualified as a solicitor (England & Wales) in 2018 and holds a LLB degree & post graduate LPC.
