Cameron is an Operator Maintainer at PEP’s Brendale Supernode, where he specialises in the reliability, performance and safe operation of large‑scale battery energy storage systems. He is committed to operational excellence, continual improvement and strengthening Australia’s long‑term energy security.
- He takes ownership of ensuring efficient, resilient and compliant operations across critical battery infrastructure—supporting grid stability, enabling renewable energy integration and contributing to the development of a cleaner, more adaptable national power system.
- Executes safe and reliable operations at a state-of-the-art Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), including HV switching, equipment monitoring, alarm response and implementation of the site maintenance strategy to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Contributes to a high-performance operational culture as a founding team member—collaborating with colleagues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and upholding rigorous safety, quality and technical standards.
- Delivered technical maintenance, asset reliability support and end-to-end project planning and execution across water and wastewater treatment infrastructure throughout South East Queensland.
- Dual-trade Electrical/Instrumentation technician with hands-on experience in HV switching and operational environments. Cameron Holds MEM30405 Certificate III in Engineering – Electrical/Electronic Trade and UEE31211 Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control.
