Brian brings 20+ years of experience with the development and construction of more than 20GW of projects, 2GW of offtake origination, and 20GW of 3rd party construction. As EVP of Development, Technical, and Innovation at Private Energy Partners, supporting Quinbrook, he

leads the origination and advancement of complex decarbonization platforms with a strong emphasis on next-generation project development.

  • His focus includes utility-scale renewables, hybrid energy systems (solar, storage, and thermal integration), data center power solutions, and behind-the-meter (BTM) and off-grid renewable deployments.
  • He specializes in structuring innovative technical and commercial solutions that align infrastructure investment with evolving power demand, including high-density load customers and mission-critical facilities.
  • Brian’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle — from market strategy, interconnection, siting, and techno-economic analysis through offtake structuring, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
  • He prior experience includes VP Technology and Strategy – Western Hemisphere at Renewable Energy Systems, Lead Engineer/Project Manager at Phelps Dodge, and responsibility for emissions reductions on large natural gas compressors at Enginuity.
  • He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering – EIT and was a finalist for S&P Global Renewables Rising Star in 2023.
