• Extensive experience in commercial and legal matters within the renewables and low carbon sector, including acquisitions and sales of green or clean technologies

Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years’ experience in finance, accountancy and energy assets

Mr. Jeremy is responsible for management of all financial and accounting matters

• Former Head of Finance at Velox Power (now Flexitricity) and built the Finance team up from scratch to managing a portfolio with revenues of circa £85million with over 50+ group assets

• Involved with Finance function of circa 25 gas peaking entities over the past 4 years by assisting the board from a compliance, tax and VAT aspect

 Mr Cabral is responsible for the financial modelling of PEP’s projects

• Extensive experience with Quantitative Analysis, Accounting, Valuation, Corporate Finance and Risk Assessment. Previously oversaw the financial model for several multi-million-dollar renewable projects, managed stakeholder relationships and dealt with multiple investors in fundraising
