• Co-founded and headed two of the most successful development business over the last 26 years (EPR and ECo2)

Chief Counsel with over 18 years’ experience in the legal and commercial matters within the renewables sector

Ms. Oldroyd is responsible for legal matters across PEP’s activities

• Previously worked for Velox Power Services (latterly Flexitricity) for 10 years with responsibility for legal, company secretarial advice and general counsel across all areas of the business

• Extensive experience in commercial and legal matters within the renewables and low carbon sector, including acquisitions and sales of green or clean technologies

• Qualified as a solicitor in 2001, moving from private practice to in-house counsel in 2004 in the renewable energy sector

• Previously worked for Novera Energy plc, Energy Developments Limited, Arevon Energy, and Head of Legal Services for Infinis Energy

Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years’ experience in finance, accountancy and energy assets

Mr. Jeremy is responsible for management of all financial and accounting matters

• Former Head of Finance at Velox Power (now Flexitricity) and built the Finance team up from scratch to managing a portfolio with revenues of circa £85million with over 50+ group assets

• Involved with Finance function of circa 25 gas peaking entities over the past 4 years by assisting the board from a compliance, tax and VAT aspect

• Vast experience across all businesses from his experience in running accountancy practices across numerous entities for the past 25 years serving 700+ clients from a wide variety of industries

• Holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Accounting from University of Wales

Director of Grid with over 18 years’ experience in the power utility and renewable energy sectors

Mr. Pathak is responsible for management of grid processes for projects

• Over 18 years’ experience in the power utility and renewable energy sectors across Australia and the U.K.

• Most recently worked as Business Head leading the grid metering and monitoring business at Siemens delivering solutions for large renewable generators across distribution and transmission networks

• Prior to joining Siemens, led the regional network connections business at SSEN responsible for providing grid connection offers for demand and generation customers

• Holds a PhD degree in HV engineering from RMIT University, Melbourne where the research focus was on mitigation of wooden pole fires on HV power distribution networks

Head of Project Execution and Operation with over 20 years’ experience 

Mr. Hackbarth is responsible for overseeing execution and operation of all PEP projects

• Spent his career working around the world, from Europe to the Middle East and Africa, and from Africa to North America

• Leader and qualified coach, problem solver and high networker 

• Lead teams of 60+ people in 8 countries

• Electrical engineer from Germany and MSOE + MSc in PM

• Past stations include Fichtner Consulting Engineers, Statkraft (Utility), Phoennix Solar (Solar EPC), Scatec Solar (IPP) and Sonnedix (IPP)

Head of Construction with over 24 years’ experience in construction management

Mr. Fisher is responsible for construction management on all new build projects

• Over 24 years’ experience in construction management and an experienced graduate Project Director who has delivered complex multi-disciplinary projects from development stages through construction into operation

• Led development of Welsh Government’s Electric Vehicle Charging strategy

• Managed construction of circa £0.9Billion of renewable energy projects from financial close through design and build at ECo2 and under a Management Serviced Contract on behalf of infrastructure funds

• Managed tenders teams bidding for multi-disciplinary design and build infrastructure projects for Birse Rail

Head of Development with over 25 years’ experience in blue chip companies and energy infrastructure

Mr. Qureshi is responsible for development of new assets through to investment cycle and ready to build status

• Over 25 years’ experience in blue chip companies of which the last 15 years have been dedicated to developing and investing in over 2GW of power and renewable energy infrastructure in the U.K. and internationally

• Former Head of Origination at Centrica Energy Assets UK, leading on Solar PV and BESS development from 2021-2022

• Former Head of Business Development at Iberdrola SA, working across European, Asian and African geographies in order to originate, build and operate various power assets. The renewable focus being on offshore wind, biomass and solar from 2009 to 2019

• Previous steering committee member at the energy industries council and lay-advisor to the UK Embassy in Spain on energy policy where he lived for fourteen years

Head of Commercial Partnerships with over 12 years’ experience in the energy market

Mr. Hodgson is responsible for managing commercial partnerships

• An energy market expert with 12 years’ experience in the industry, specialising in the origination, negotiation and structuring of renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Corporate PPAs, Route-to-market agreements as well as risk management and energy strategy

• Previously managed origination teams for utilities including RWE npower and TotalEnergies

• Worked at leading European PPA consultancy Pexapark and renewable energy developer British Solar Renewables

BESS Business Manager with over 14 years’ experience in the electrical and mechanical sectors

Mr. Cherrill is responsible for management of all BESS activities

• Seasoned Project Manager and Lead Electrical Engineer at PEP

• Over 14 years’ experience in the electrical and mechanical sectors, working on all scales of projects across all major sectors including renewables (private & utility-scale), commercial, industrial and residential

• Overseen and taken key design and management roles on many multi-million-pound projects covering disciplines including HV & LV infrastructure, data and networking, security systems, BMS, SCADA and HVAC​

• Provides real hands-on experience and broad technical knowledge, with a keen view of attention to detail

Project Director for Uskmouth with over 10 years’ experience in civils, infrastructure and renewable projects

Mr. Jones is responsible for overseeing development activities on the Uskmouth project

• Extensive experience in cradle to grave p3 management in the UK construction Market and a track record in managing complex portfolios in respect to cost, program, quality, health and safety and environment 

• Spent 8 years with Burrough’s Consulting Engineers as a Senior Project Manager working with numerous public and private sector clients to deliver complex projects 

• Holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management

• Masters in Building Information Modelling with Sustainability from University of South Wales​

Civils Project Manager for Cleve Hill with over 10 years’ experience in project management and site management

Mr. Monks is responsible for supporting the early tender process and discharge of DCO requirements for Cleve Hill

• Reece joined PEP in April 2022 and moved into the role of Project Manager for Cleve Hill supporting the early tender process and discharge of DCO requirements

• 13 years’ experience in project management and site management, covering civil infrastructure, public sectors, residential, commercial and utility renewable projects

• Progressed from military engineering to multi-million-pound contracts and programs from concept to commissioning

• Process driven with the facilitation of ISO accreditations and operational practices authored within previous roles with a keen eye for quality and construction detail 

Electrical Project Manager for Cleve Hill with over 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry

Mr. Burrows is responsible for management of Cleve Hill electricals

• Began career working as an apprentice, before going on to qualify to all UK electrical regulations standards from the 15th additional to the current 18th editions, and holds City and Guilds accredited achievements ​

• Provided the external LED lighting upgrade to the illumination of the Tower of London

• Rewired 700 occupied offices at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office building at Old Admiralty Arch 

• Lead electrical inspection supervisor for surveys at the Houses of Parliament, Lambeth Place and Westminster Cathedral
