Ninad is an astute electrical engineering professional with over 14 years of experience specialising in the development, maintenance, and grid connection of large-scale renewable energy projects. He currently spearheads technical development and power system integration for complex Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

• Ninad manages the technical development and grid connection process, ensuring project designs comply with all technical rules and regulations. He coordinates activities between technical consultants, OEMs, contractors, AEMO, and state NSPs to define technical requirements for projects.
• Previously, served as a Principal Engineer at Efficacy Advisors and a Solutions Engineer at Fluence, where he led the technical execution of Solar and BESS projects and conducted due diligence for renewable hub developments.
• He brings extensive expertise from previous tenures at Schneider Electric and Linde Engineering, where he managed the design, procurement, and commissioning of complex electrical systems for the renewable, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• His deep technical background includes system studies, transformer maintenance, and the integration of high-voltage infrastructure across the EMEA and APAC region.
• He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Nirma University.
