Coriander (Cori) is General Counsel with over 20 years of experience supporting the development, construction, and operation of large-scale energy infrastructure projects across multiple technologies. She drives innovation in legal operations and builds high-performing legal teams that align commercial objectives with effective risk management.

• In her role, Coriander supports PEP and Quinbrook in delivering successful outcomes for investors. Her responsibilities include supporting project delivery through structuring and negotiating land and construction agreements.
• She supports effective risk management by identifying legal and commercial risks early and implementing practical solutions, and she supports dispute management by overseeing claims and resolving legal disputes where they arise.
• She also supports leadership advisory by advising the executive team and Board on governance, ethics, and strategic matters.
• Coriander holds an LLB and LPC from Cardiff University and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
