She leads project planning and controls activities across major energy and infrastructure projects, supporting project delivery through integrated scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- She provides expertise in critical path analysis, schedule risk management, earned value management, and project performance reporting to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
- Ava has over 16 years of experience delivering complex EPC projects across the mining, manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure sectors, including large-scale industrial, steel, mining, transport, and utilities projects.
- Prior to joining Private Energy Partners, she held senior planning and project controls roles with Sedgman, Danieli Group, and Kavoshgaran Consulting Engineers, where she managed planning, scheduling, progress measurement systems, and project reporting across multidisciplinary project environments.
- She is recognised for her proactive approach, strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects while supporting high-performing and collaborative teams.
- Ava holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both assessed by Engineers Australia as Professional Engineer qualifications
